Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Most items offer free shipping.  Orders over a certain weight or requiring hazmat shipping will require an individualized shipping quote.  A personalized freight quote allows us to find the best price on shipping and reduce the cost of delivery.

Q: How do I obtain a shipping quote for my items?
A: For a shipping quote you can call our team at 1-888-666-9157, email us at david@lottescompanies.com or stephanie.wiseman@aol.com or complete the Shipping Quote Form located in the Shipping Quote category in the left column.  You can even use the form at the top of this page, so long as you include your address, the items you are interested in purchasing, and whether or not the destination is a residential address.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Most orders ship within 2 days of payment, not counting weekends or holidays and may take up to a week to arrive depending on the items and the destination. Special order items will take longer. 

Q: What is the best material to use for my roofing project?
A: A variety of factors can determine the best approach for your roofing project, including budget, durability needs, climate, etc.  We sell only top of the line roofing materials, which can be relied on for a finished roof that is high quality and secure.  For an individualized assessment of your next project, call our sales team at 1-888-666-9157 or go to our online store site store.lottesroofing.com 

Q: I already have my materials.  Can you direct me on how to install my roof?
A: While we are happy to offer initial consultations, we prefer to use our time and experience for the benefit of our customers; however, our website provides resources, including videos, for roofing installation.

Q: Do you have scrap rubber available for purchase at a discount?
A: We deal in quality products and do not traffic in scrap materials.

Q: Is EPDM an TPO rubber suitable for my motorhome's roof?
A: Yes.  You will need to purchase our latex bonding adhesive, and it will work on your mobile home.

Q: Can you ship to Canada?
A: Yes.  Additional charges will apply.  Please contact us to obtain a shipping quote.

Q: Can I use your White Rubber Roof Coating on my EDPM rubber RV roof to seal and extend the life?
A: Yes.  It is designed to work for this type of application.

Q: How thick is your roofing material?
A: We sell 45Mil (1.14mm) and 60Mil (1.52mm) EPDM and TPO rubber roofing.  These thicknesses represent the industry standard, and are extremely durable.

Q: I've ordered a large item that is being shipped by truck line?  What special instructions do I need to be aware of?
A: A daytime phone number must be provided for weekday delivery between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.  Weekend and after hours delivery is generally not available.  Please be prepared to unload the product from the delivery vehicle. Items less than 150 lbs will be shipped UPS or Fed Ex and will deliver directly to your door. Orders over 150 lbs delivered by Trucking Companies DO NOT DO DOOR delivery for residential delivery. It is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to remove his product FROM or OFF the actual truck. We do NOT provide a lift gate option, If the customer requests this added service of a lift gate, then that will be an issue between the carrier and customer. We do not provide that service and will not grant any discount or credit for a lift gate issue. If you are unable or unwilling to receive your order via normal delivery according to ICC policies and truck line delivery schedules, then you will be solely responsible for all delivery charges related to attempted delivery and return freight charges. A 20% restocking fee will apply to CUSTOMER CHOICE returned items for orders that weight less than 150 lbs, or 30% for all orders that weigh over 150 lbs and are shipped by common carrier and NOT UPS. Please contact us with any questions prior to placing your order, and we will do everything we can to ensure a timely delivery. Upon receipt, please inspect your items carefully.  All shortages and damages must be reported at time of delivery. Notice of any shortages and damages must be made immediately to the freight carrier and Lottes Roofing and you must sign the bill of lading with the truck carrier as DAMAGED or SHORT at time of delivery or you may lose  your right to compensation.

Q: I need a very specific size of rubber roofing membrane.  Can you cut a piece that is an exact length and width?
A: We strive to offer the widest selection of roofing membranes; unfortunately, we do not normally special cut odd pieces of rubber roofing.  We recommend purchasing one size up and cutting the membrane to meet your needs. From time to time we offer on our website odd and special cut sizes in our CLOSEOUT category. 

Q: Should I use EPDM rubber roofing on top of my asphalt or shingle roof?
A: Not on shingles, but you may use EPDM on cured asphalt roofs that have been in place for more than one year with NO uncured or "live" asphalt or tar cements. Uncured or non-weathered Asphalt, coal tar, or other "live" oil based materials should not to be used in direct contact with the EPDM membrane.  The chemicals may damage the waterproofing components of the roofing memebrane.  EPDM should only be adhered to recommended substrates. Q: Can I install my roofing products in extreme weather conditions?
A: Rubber roofing installation should not take place during extreme weather conditions.  Very cold or very hot weather can have a damaging effect on the adhesive application process and is not ideal.  Other factors such as high humidity or high winds can have a detrimental effect as well.

Q: How much bonding adhesive will I need to install my rubber roof?
A: Coverage areas for our adhesives should be listed in the product description.  Usually, an appropriate volume of adhesive is recommended below the item description.

Q: What is the difference between EPDM and Modified Bitumen roofing systems?

Q: Are there government energy tax credits for roofing products?
